- Social media identifiers: your Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers, connected via our shared publishing account (Buffer), to enable posting.
- Telegram account ID: used to send you posts for approval.
- Payment information: processed directly by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not store your card details ourselves.
- Usage data: records of posts generated, approved, or published, and basic account activity, for the purposes of running the service.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Generate social media content tailored to your business.
- Publish approved content to your connected social accounts.
- Send you account-related emails (welcome, setup reminders, billing, service updates).
- Process payments via Stripe.
- Provide customer support.
- Improve our service.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Who We Share Data With
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Buffer — scheduling and publishing posts to your connected social accounts.
- Telegram — delivering posts to you for approval.
- AI service providers (including Anthropic and Google) — used to generate post copy and images based on the business information you provide. These providers process content on our behalf and do not use your data to train their models under our commercial terms with them.
