Terms & Conditions
R Sparrow (“CleanPost Pro”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the CleanPost Pro service. CleanPost Pro is operated by R Sparrow, trading as CleanPost Pro, a sole trader based in England. [Registered business address: TBC.]
By signing up for CleanPost Pro, you (“the Customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. The Service
CleanPost Pro provides automated social media content creation and scheduling for trades businesses. This includes:
- AI-generated written posts and images tailored to your business
- Scheduling and publishing to your connected Facebook and/or Instagram pages
- A Telegram-based approval process, allowing you to review each post before it goes live
- A customer dashboard for account management
You retain full control over what is published: no post goes live without your approval via Telegram, except where you have separately opted into automatic approval.
2. Pricing & Billing
- Setup fee: £49, one-time, charged at signup (waived for beta participants where stated at signup).
- Subscription: £39/month, billed monthly on a rolling basis via Stripe.
- No fixed contract term. You may cancel at any time via your dashboard’s billing portal.
- Cancellation: Cancelling stops future billing, but you remain billed and retain access for the remainder of the current billing period already paid for. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
- We may change pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice. Price changes will not apply retroactively.
3. Account Setup & Your Responsibilities
To use CleanPost Pro, you must:
- Have (or create) an active Facebook Business Page, and, if you wish to post to Instagram, a linked Instagram Business account.
- Provide accurate information about your business during signup, which will be used to generate content on your behalf.
- Review and approve posts before they go live where the approval step is enabled. You are responsible for the content of any post you approve.
- Notify us promptly if you believe a post contains inaccurate or inappropriate content before approving it.
Connecting your social accounts to CleanPost Pro currently requires manual setup by us. We aim to complete this within 24–48 hours of signup but cannot guarantee an exact timeframe.
4. Content Generation
- Posts are generated using AI based on the business information you provide. We apply automated quality checks, but you are responsible for reviewing content before it is published.
- We do not guarantee that generated content will be free of errors, and you should not approve any post you are not comfortable publishing under your business name.
- We may use current trends, general industry information, or publicly available context to inform post content.
5. Data & Privacy
Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using CleanPost Pro, you agree to that policy.
6. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for posts that fail to publish due to issues with third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Buffer, Telegram) outside our control.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- CleanPost Pro is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. increased bookings, followers, or engagement) resulting from use of the service.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
8. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts)
If you are a consumer (not purchasing as a registered business) [confirm applicability — most CleanPost customers will be signing up as a business, which may affect these rights — get this reviewed], you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of signup under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. 9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, use the service unlawfully, or fail to pay any amount due. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you first.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be notified by email.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
